What is a Sender ID?
A Sender ID is the alphanumeric name that appears on recipients' mobile phones when they receive your SMS message. Instead of seeing an arbitrary number, your customers immediately identify your company name.
Sender ID Rules & Requirements
- Sender name must not exceed 11 characters in English.
- Standard message length: 70 characters for Arabic, 160 characters for English.
- New Sender ID activation takes 24 business hours.
